Our challenge was to create a wordmark logo that would read true when reduced to the size of a golf ball. The hand-drawn mono weight stroke gives the mark movement and immediate legacy within the golf industry. The logo was featured in the 2018 Communication Arts magazine.

I began by exploring a wide range of hand-sketched concepts to capture the essence of the brand. Each sketch experimented with form, balance, and stroke weight to ensure the mark would stay clear and recognizable even at the size of a golf ball.

Through multiple iterations, I refined the strongest ideas, focusing on a mono-weight stroke that gives the logo both movement and a timeless quality.

Concept
Inspired by the precision and elegance of the sport, the logo reflects fluid movement found in a perfect golf swing.
