Quell Art Supplies is a teacher-founded brand built for creatives, by creatives, with a clear mission: Elevating Artistry, Empowering Teachers. Designed as an on-the-go art supply system, Quell exists to remove barriers to creativity—making it easier for people to create wherever inspiration strikes.
What looks simple on the surface often takes the most time behind the scenes. For Quell, we leaned into the idea of a wordmark as a vessel: Something sturdy, portable, and ready to hold creative energy. The stencil-inspired letterforms capture that in-progress, hands-on vibe.
To balance the strength of the wordmark, we introduced playful graphic patterns across labels and packaging to spark curiosity, add warmth, and reduce intimidation for new creators. The result is an energetic, welcoming system that brings joy back into the art supply experience and invites hands-on engagement.
Concept
Inspired by the precision and elegance of the sport, the logo reflects fluid movement found in a perfect golf swing.
